THE FRUIT GARDEN

is well-stocked and productive. There is a considerable

RANGE OF GLASSHOUSES,

including Plant-house, Melon-house, Furnace-house, Range of Six Pit Lights.
Peach-houses in two divisions.

RANGE OF VINERIES

with choice Grape Vines in several varieties. Palm-house, Centre-house, Orchard
and Nectarine-house, Greenhouse and special Plant-house, numerous Potting
Sheds, Fruit Rooms, Office, Tool House, Store Room.

GARDEN STABLE AND COACH-HOUSE,

Harness Room and Store Shed. There is also a

Detached Kitchen Garden

with wired Fruit Garden.

ESTATE NURSERY,

where Plants for use on the Estate are raised, adjoining, also

HEAD GARDENER'S AND ELECTRICIAN'S COTTAGES,

flint built and slated, containing Three Bedrooms, Parlour, Kitchen, Back
Kitchen. Large Garden, Well Water.

THE LODGE ENTRANCES

are of artistic design, and are known as "ICKBURGH LODGE" and "WEST
LODGE."   In the Park there is a

Model Laundry,

flint built and tiled, containing Three Bed Rooms, Parlour, Back Kitchen
and Offices, and Washing Room, fitted with Washing Trays, Coppers and Furnaces;
also a Drying and Ironing Room, fitted with Bradford's Airing Chamber, Drying
Racks and Benches. Also Coal House, and Drying Ground in rear. Water laid on.

A PAIR OF BRICK AND SLATED COTAGES
containing Three Bed Rooms, Parlour, Kitchen, Sculler, and a large Garden.
