Imprimis I give my Soul into the hands of Almighty God fully trusting in his mercie & secondly I give unto Ann Dawson my Grand-daughter all & singular my Estates at Reepham Moore both copyhold & Free now in the use & Occupation of Sam. Wright his Undertenant or Undertenants and also those in the use & Occupation of Thomas Howman his undertenant or Undertenants to her & her Heirs forever Subject to the payment of the following Annuities Legacys & all my just and lawfull debts.
Item I give to Jonathan Dawson my Son during his natural Life fourteen pounds a Year to be paid him by the above named Ann Dawson out of the Yearly Rents and profits arising from the above named Estate by two even & equal payments in the Year (ie) upon Lady Day & Michaelmasday in every year without Parliamentary taxes or other deductions the first of which payments to be made upon the Ladyday or Michaelmas day which ever shall first happen after my decease.
Item I give unto Ann Dawson my Grand-daughter all my wearing apparell & Linnen with two large Silver spoons a Cream pot half a dozen tea spoons a Silver peper box & halfpint Mugg.
Item I give to Mrs. Lacy Furze my Sister twenty shillings a Year during her Natural Life to be paid her by my above named Grand-daughter Ann Dawson Annually by two even & equal payments.
Item I give to John Dawson my Grandson the Sum of One hundred pounds to be paid him by the above named Ann Dawson twelve Months after the Decease of Jonathan Dawson my Son.
Item I give to Mary Dawson my Grand Daughter the Sum of Fifty pounds to be paid her by the above named Ann Dawson eighteen months after the decease of Jonathan Dawson my Son.
Item I give the rest of my Personal Estate of what nature & kind soever to be sold by my Executor hereafter to be named for & towards the payment of my Funeral Charges and all other my Lawfull debts.
Item my Will is that my Executors Bury me in a frugal & decent manner by my Daughter Mary Monsey.
Item I give to my two Executors three Guineas each and I do appoint Mr. James Peterson of Great Witchingham Gent. and Mr. James Neale of Hackford Markett Surgeon Executors of this my last Will & Testament and In Witness thereto I have set my hand and Seal this twenty second day of August in the fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Third and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & Sixty four.
