IMPRIMIS I give and Devise All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and premises whatsoever with their and every of their Appurtenances Situate Lying and being in Gresham in the sd. County of Norfolk unto Christian my beloved Wife for and during the Term of her Natural Life and from and Immediately after her Decease Then I Give and Devise all and every such part and parcel parts and parcels of the above Devised premises as are now in the possession of Robert Cawston unto my son Henry Fox of Gresham afsd. Brick Maker and his Heirs for ever Upon this Condition Nevertheless That he pay of and Discharge the Sum of Three Score and Ten Pounds with the Interest due thereon at the Time of my sd. Wife's Decease which said Sum is due by way of Mortgage in the above devised premises Excepting thereout Rounces Pightle containing by Estimation One Acre be the same more or Less which together with all and Singular other my Premises now in the Occupation of William Ryseborough & Situate in Gresham afsd. I Give and Devise unto Elizabeth Fox my Daughter for and during the term of her Natural Life and after her Decease unto my Son John Fox and his Heirs Upon Provisoe or Condition Nevertheless That she or he Pay thereout for the Space of Twenty Years the Annual Rent Charge of Ten Shillings apiece to my Children Edward Sarah Thomas and John the first payment thereof to beginn to be made within Twelve Months next after my said Wife's decease And if in Case default of payment shall be made of or in any of the sd. Annuitys That then it shall and may be Lawfull to and for any of my sd. Legatees to Enter upon and to hold and Enjoy the said Premises until he she or they shall be fully satisfyed his or her Annuity AND my Will and Mind is That if any of my sd. Annuitants shall Dye before the said Term shall be Expired That then the Annuity of him or her so Dying shall Determine and be Utterly Void
ITEM I Do Give and Bequeath unto my Beloved Wife Christian all and every my Personal Estate of whatsoever kind or Nature the same may Consist of for the Payment of Debts partly due at the Time of my Decease Funeral Expenses and Probate of this my Last Will and Testament AND Lastly I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my sd. Wife Christian Sole Executrix and Residuary Legatee of this my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament contained in two Sheets of Paper Set my Hand and Seal to each Sheet thereof the day and Year first above Written
