First I give and devise unto Ellen Hudson my Loving Wife her Heirs and Assigns forever All that my Dwelling House and Premises thereto belonging situate lying and being in Necton aforesaid Upon Trust that She my said Wife do and shall as soon as she shall think fit after my decease sell and dispose thereof and the Money arising therefrom I will and direct shall be used and applied in the Support and Maintenance of herself and Ellen Hudson Mary Hudson and Fox Hudson my Children by her in such manner and at such time and times as my said Wife shall think most fit and proper to do the same
Also I give and bequeath unto my said Wife All my live stock Household Furniture Goods Chattles and Effects whatsoever to and for her sole use and benefit And I do hereby subject and Charge my Real and Personal Estate with the Payment of all my Just Debts Funeral Charges and the Expences attending the Execution of this my Will
And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Fox Hudson the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in One Sheet of paper set and put my hand and Seal the First Day of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty four.

Probate of this Will was made in common form on the Twenty fourth Day of May in the Year of our Lord 1784 before the Revd. Robert Rolfe Clk Surrogate duly appointed of the right Worshipful George Sandby D. D. Official Principal of the Episcopal Consistorial Court of Norwich lawfully constituted & Administration of all & singular the Goods &c of the within named Fox Hudson Testator deceased & anyway concerning this his Will was then duly granted to Ellen Hudson his Widow the sole Executrix within named She being first duly Sworn &c Saving &c
