Agreement
FIRST the said Charles Lay the Younger in Consideration of the Sum of six pounds to him in hand paid and in consideration of the further sum of eighty pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain agreed to be paid to the said Thomas Hawkins or his Assigns as here after mentioned by the said James Barber his heirs Executors or administrators doth promise that the said Thomas Hawkins and Elizabeth his Wife shall and will on or before the Twelfth day of February now next ensuing in due form of law surrender and convey to the said James Barber or his Heirs or Assigns All That Messuage or Tenement situate in Hungate Street in Aylsham in Norfolk in the occupation of Joseph Dennis free from all Incumbrances save and except the Lords Rents and Services from henceforth to grow due for the same and the ffine and ffees on every Admission to the same And in Consideration thereof the said James Barber doth promise and agree that on a good Title being made and the same being surrendered and conveyed to him as aforesaid he the said James Barber shall and will on the said twelfth day of February now next ensuing pay or cause to be paid to the said Thomas Hawkins or his Assigns the said Sum of Eighty Pounds the remainder of the purchase Money Agreed to be paid for the same.
