First I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all former wills and Testaments by me made and make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say),
I do hereby authorise and impower my Executors herein after named to sell and dispose of all and every my messuages houses lands tenements and hereditaments whatever situate lying or being in Foxley aforesaid or elsewhere in the Kingdom of England be the same Freehold or Copyhold or of any other nature or tenure whatever And the said monies arising from the sale thereof (after all my just debts legacies funeral Expences Probate of this my Will and all other charges and Expences attending the Execution thereof, are paid out of the monies which arise from the sale of my real Estates, and not from my personal Effects, I give and dispose of as follows:
To my Cousins Eliza Rix Robins, William Dawson Robins, and Ann Robins, of Gressenhall, in the said County of Norfolk, I Give and bequeath one moiety or half of the aforesaid monies, arising from the sale of my real Estates, to be equally divided into three shares between them, for their own use benefit and disposal “To hold as tenants in common and not as joint Tenants” But if any of them depart this life before they arrive at the age of twenty one years and have lawful issue, they shall be entitled to their parents share, But if they have no lawful issue, the said share shall be divided between the Survivors,
Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Mary Seaman who now reside with me the Interest of the other Moiety or half, during her natural life, and at her death, the said principal shall be equally divided amongst her children who shall be then living,
And Also on condition that eight hundred pounds, part of the said money arising m the sale of my real Estates, be placed out on Mortgage security, or the funds, for the support and comfort of my brother in law William Grieves of Briston in the said County of Norfolk School Master, and the interest arising therefrom shall be paid him in half yearly payments, for and during his natural life, the first payment to commence nine months after my death and at his decease the said eight hundred pounds to be divided between the aforesaid Eliza, William, and Ann Robins, and Mary Seaman in equal shares, or their heirs,
And also I give and bequeath all and every my personal Estate and Effects of whatever nature or kind soever the same shall be or consist at the time of my death unto the aforesaid Eliza Rix Robins, William Dawson Robins, and Ann Robins, to be equally divided between them for their own use benefit and disposal,
And their said shares arising from the sale of my real ,and personal Estates, shall be placed out on mortgage security, or in the Funds, and the said shares, and interest arising therefrom, shall be paid to the said Eliza, William, and Ann Robins, as they each arrive at the age of twenty one years; or to their heirs,
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the aforesaid William Grieves, and Aquila Robins of Gressenhall in the said County of Norfolk Executors of this my last Will and Testament, written upon one sheet of paper (upon one side only)
In Witness whereof I the aforesaid John Dawson the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set and put my hand and seal the day and year first within written
