Imprimis I give & devise unto Jonathan my Son All the Messuages Lands & Tenements Hereditamts. & Prems. whatsoever within the sd. Kings Dominion & to his Heire & also for ever Upon this Condicon. following viz to pay unto Anne my Dearly beloved Wife Annually the sume of Thirty pounds a yr. withour any Deduction And unto Mary my Dro. the sume of Three Hundred pounds when she attaine the Age of one & Twenty Years or upon the day of her Marriage which shall first happen and untill she Attaine the said Age of one & Twenty Years or the day of her Marriage the sume of fifteen pounds a yr. without any Deduction
Item I give and bequeath unto the poor of the parish of Reepham fifty Shillings to be distributed by the Rector for the time being within one Month after my decease Item I give to the poor of the parish of Brandestone the sume of five pounds to be paid within one Month after my decease & by the Rector for the time being to be distributed amongst the poor of the said parish of Brandestone
Lastly I nominate & appoint the abovesd. Anne my Dearly beloved wife Sole Extrix. of this my last will & Testamt. to whom I give all my personall Estate .... forever for the payment of my debts & legacys decent buriall of my Body and probate of this my will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto this my last Testamt. conteyned in one sheet of paper sett my hand & seal the day & yr. first above written.
