provded by this my Testament and layte will that if it shall happen the Sayd James my Sonne
to denye and refuse to paye the sayd mony conditionally to my Sayd Daughters as is before
reqhested (crossed out) requested that than I will the Sayd Willm my Sonne shall have my
Sayd howses and landes with the apptenances conditionallye after In the forme and maner as
the Sayde James should have had then here before in my will declared
Item all the resydewe of my goodes not before rehearsed? nor geven I put them holye to the discretion of my Executor whome I ordayne and make James my Sonne my onelie Executor to receyve my debtes and paye my debtes discharge and fullfill this my Sayde Testament and laste will and if the Sayd James my Sonne will not prove this my Sayd Testament and laste will within on halfe yeare next after my decease that than the Sayd Willm my sonne to be myne Executor of this my Sayd Testament and laste will and the sayd James shall Lose all the benefite of this my Testament and last will
