Information on Thornham

I, John Dawson of Thornham in the County of Norff Burger beinge sicke in body but of good and pfect memory thankes be to Allmighty God doe make & ordeine this my last will & testament in manner & forme followinge, That is to say,
ffirst and above all worldly respects I Commend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God my maker & redeemer & my body to be buried in the Church Yard of Thornham aforesaid
Itm I Bequeath to Elizabeth my Wife my messuage in Thornham aforesaid with the apptenances & the home steads thereunto belonginge & one acre of land called Bullmans acre lyinge in the feild of Thornham aforesaid duringe the time of her naturall life
Itm I give & bequeath to my sonne Thomas & his heires All the said Messuages & Lands with the apptenances abovesaid psently after the decease of the said Elizabeth my wife Uppon Condition that he shall pay & give or cause to be paid & given, to my sonne John & his heires the summe of fiveteen pounds of Lawfull English mony by equall portions in manner & forme followinge - viz the three & twentieth Day of Aprill ....... shall be in the Yeare of our Lord God 1626 the summe of three pounds of Lawfull English mony
Itm I bequeath to Edeny my daughter Edeny & her heires the summe of five pounds of Lawfull English mony, tobe paid by my sonne Thomas, Allso by equall portions in forme followinge viz the summe of five pounds of Lawfull English mony one whole yeare after the decease of Elizabeth my wife, & for the other twellve pounds given to my sonne John, being pte. of the ...... before bequeathed & my will & intent is yt my sonne Tomas shall pay the first fo....e? pounds two whole yeares next after the decease of the said Elizabeth my wife & the next f......e pounds whole yeares next after the decease of Elizabeth my wife all ........ & for the other three pounds beinge pte of the ....... bequeathed to my Daughter Edeny my sonne Thomas or ...... ........... shall pay five whole yeares next after the decease of the said Elizabeth my wife Provided & ......... yt if yt shall happen yt any of the said legacies before bequeathed to my sonne John & Edeny my Daughter shall be left unpd in pte or in the whole by my sonne Thomas or his ........ one month after the said terme above mentioned yt then it shall be lawfull for them or their heires into the said messuages and Lands to Enter & possesse ... the same to enjoy in ..... full & simple manner & my sonne Thomas should ......... ....me untill he or they shall be contented & paid
All the rest of my moveable goods &Chattels I give them wholy to Elizabeth my wife whome I appoynt sole Executrix of this my last will & testament paying my debts & keepinge my houses in reparations ............. ........... I ........ .....unto sett my hand & sealle dated the day & yeare first above written
