FIRST I give and bequeath unto John Black my Grandson the Sum of ffifty Pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain six Months after my decease after my decease the same to be paid into the hands of Mr. William Ellis at the expiration of the six months and there to remain until the said John Black my grandson shall attain the Age of Twenty one years And my Will and Mind is that the said William Ellis do pay unto Sarah Tops the Yearly Interest of the said ffifty pounds yearly and every year until the said John Black shall attain the age of Twenty one years if she the said Sarah Tops shall support and take care of the said John Black BUT if the said John Black my Grandson shall choose a Business or Trade my Will and Mind is that Mr. William Ellis do allow and pay Ten pounds to the Master at the binding of the said John Black and the Interest of the remaining fforty pounds to be expended by the said Sarah Tops for the Benefit of the said John Black my Grandson while he is in his Apprenticeship AND I subject all my Personal Estate of what nature and kind whatsoever for the Payment of the said ffifty Pounds and every part thereof as above bequeathed and mentioned I give and bequeath unto Sarah Tops one Bed as it stand and best Draws on the Back house Chamber and what Linnen she shall like to take with the Bed ALSO Ten Pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain immediately after my decease the same to be paid her by my Executor out of my Personal Estate as by me bequeathed
IMPRIMIS I give and bequeath unto Robert Salmon my son the Sum of Twenty five pounds of good and lawful Money of Great Britain Twelve Months after my decease AND I hereby subject all my Personal Estate for the Payment thereof
ITEM I give and bequeath unto Webb Salmon my son the Sum of ffive Pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain twelve months after my decease AND I subject all and every my Personal Estate for the Payment thereof
ITEM I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Black the Sum of ffive Pounds of good and lawful Money of Great Britain twelve months after my decease AND I subject all and every my Personal Estate for the Payment thereof AND all the residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Stock Ready money Debts due on Securities or otherwise personal Estate whatsoever after my just Debts and ffuneral Charges have been paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto Webb Salmon Robert Salmon and Elizabeth Black my Children to be equally divided amongst them share and share alike AND I make nominate constitute and ordain my Brother in Law John Breese of Runton aforesaid sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament desiring him to bury decently my Body pay all my just Debts prove this my Will and see to the Execution thereof according to my true and just intent and meaning
LASTLY I revoke all former and other Wills by me made IN WITNESS that this is my last Will and Testament (being contained in two Sheets of Paper) after having heard the same deliberately read over to the first Sheet hereof I have set my hand and to the Second and last Sheet my hand and Seal the day and year first above and before written.

This Will was Proved at Cromer on the Thirtieth day of January in the year of our Lord 1793 before the Revd. Richard Sibbs Clk. Surrogate duly appointed of the Worshipful George Sandby D.D. Official Principal &c. and was approved &c. and Administration of all & singular the Goods &c. of the within named John Salmon the Testator deced. was then duly granted to John Breese his Brother in Law the sole Executor within named He being duly sworn &c. saving &c.
