FIRST I nominate and appoint my only Son John Willer and my Friend John Abbs of North Walsham aforesaid Cordwainer Executors of this my Will AND I give and devise to my said Son All and every my Messuages Cottages lands tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever as well Freehold as Copyhold situate lying and being in North Walsham aforesaid or elsewheresoever with their and every of their appurtenances TO HOLD the same unto my said Son and to his heirs and assigns for ever Subject nevertheless to and I do hereby expressly charge my said Messuages Cottages lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate with the payment of the weekly sum of five shillings unto my dear Wife Hannah Willer for and during the term of her natural life to be paid to her at or in the South Porch of the Parish Church of North Walsham aforesaid on the Monday Morning in every week and the first payment thereof to be made on the first Monday which shall happen after my decease AND in case default shall be made in payment of the said weekly sum of five shillings I hereby give to my said Wife the same Powers of Entry and Distress for the recovery thereof as are by law given to Landlords for rents reserved on Leases or Common Demises AND also subject to and I do hereby further charge my said Messuages Cottages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate with the payment of the sum of fifty pounds a piece to my two Daughters Maria the Wife of John Warner and Hannah the Wife of Isaac Reeve at the end of twelve calendar months next after the decease of my said Wife AND in case payment of the said several sums of Fifty pounds and Fifty pounds or either of them or of any part of them respectively as the time hereby appointed for payment thereof THEN it is my Will that my said Daughters or such of them to whom such default in payment shall be made shall have full power and authority to enter into and upon my said Messuages Cottages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate or any part thereof or by Demise Sale or Mortgage of the same or any part thereof or by any other lawful ways and means to raise recover and make up the said several sums of Fifty pounds and Fifty pounds or such of them or such part or parts thereof respecting in payment whereof default shall be made as aforesaid and all the costs charges and Expenses attending the Recovery of the same AND I give and bequeath to my said Wife such parts of my household furniture Plate linen china and Glass as she shall make choice of not exceeding in value the sum of twenty pounds to be delivered to her immediately after my decease AND I give and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my personal Estate and Effects of every kind or nature after payment of my just debts my funeral Expenses and my testamentary charges unto my said son for his own sole use and benefit
IN WITNESS whereof I the said John Willer the Testator hereby revoking all former wills by me made, have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and affixed my Seal this second day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty one.

THIS WILL was proved at North Walsham on the eighteenth day of February 1822 before the Revd. John Hewitt Clk. Surrogate duly appointed of the Worshipful William Yonge Clk. A. M. Official Principal &c and was approved &c and adminn. of all and singular the goods &c of the within named John Willer the Testator deceased was then duly granted to John Willer his son and John Abbs the Executors within named they being duly sworn &c saving &c
