I appoint my Friend James Abbs of North Walsham aforesaid Cordwainer executor hereof. I give to my Sister Hannah Reeve Widow the Sum of one hundred pounds to be paid six Months after my decease. I give the sum of forty pounds to be applied by my executor in binding out my nephew Thomas Warner as an Apprentice to the trade of a Plumber and Glazier and in finding him with wearing apparel during his Minority. I give to my said Nephew Thomas Warner the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid to him on his Attaining the age of twenty one Years. I direct the above legacies to be paid free of legacy duty. I give and devise to my dear Wife Elizabeth Willer All my real Estate of every kind and nature and wheresoever situate for the term of her natural life Provided she continue all that time unmarried she keeping the houses and buildings parcel thereof in good and tenantable repair and condition and insured against loss or damage by fire And after the decease or second marriage of my said Wife I direct my said executor his executors or administrators to sell All my said real Estate either by public Auction or private contact and either together or in lots for the best price that can be gotten for the same. AND it is my Will that the receipt of my said executor his executors or administrators shall be a good discharge for the purchase money of my said real Estate and shall exonerate the purchaser or purchasers thereof from all liability to see to the application thereof. I give to my said Wife all my household furniture Plate China Glass and linen and I direct my executor to convert my stock in Trade and all other my effects into money. AND after payment of all my just debts of my funeral and Testamentary expenses of the several legacies hereinbefore bequeathed and of the fines and fees for the admission of my said Wife to the copyhold parts of my real Estate I direct my said executor his executors and administrators to put and place out all the residue of my personal Estate at interest upon real or Government security or securities and continue the same so placed out for so long a time and to transpose and change the securities as often as may be necessary. I give the interest or dividends and annual produce of the residue of my personal Estate to my said Wife for the term of her natural life Provided she continues all that time unmarried And after the decease or second Marriage of my said Wife which ever shall first happen I give the money to Arise from the sale of my real Estate and the residue of my personal Estate unto the Children of the said Sister Hannah Reeve and the Children of my deceased Sister Maria Warner equally to be divided between them share and share alike

Appeared personally John Deyns of North Walsham in the County of Norfolk
Gentleman and made Oath that he is one of the subscribed witnesses to the last Will and
Testament of John Willer late of North Walsham aforesaid Plumber and Glazier
deceased bearing date the eighteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and
thirty nine and which will was prepared and written in the Office of the deponent at the
express request and by the direction of the said deceased AND he further made Oath
that on the eighteenth day of September aforesaid the said Testator duly executed his
said Will by signing his name at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent
and of Thomas Nash the other subscribed Witness thereto who was present at the same
time and this deponent and the said Thomas Nash thereupon subscribed the said Will in
the presence of the said Testatr.

The said John Deyns signed this Affidavit and was sworn to the truth thereof at North Walsham the 23rd day of June 1840 before me W. J. Wilkinson Clk. Surrogate
This Will was proved at North Walsham on the eighteenth day of June 1840 before the Revd. William Farley Wilkinson Clk. Surr. duly appointed of the Worshipful William Yonge Clk. A. M. Official .......... of the Episcopal Consistorial Court of Norwich lawfully constituted & was approved and admin. of all and singular the goods &c of the within named John Willer the Testator deced. was on the twenty third day of June 1840 duly granted to James Abbs the sole Executor within named he being duly sworn &c saving &c.
Testator died 18th September 1839.
