Imrs I give to Haulina my wife all & singular my messuages Lands tenmts. & hereditmts. lying & being in Framlingham in the County of Suff. wch. I by Indenture bearing date the 30th day of Jany. 1694 settled for & as the Jointure of my sd. wife to hold to her & her Asss. for & during the term of her nral. life wthout. impeachmt. of or for any mann. of wast.
Itm I give to the sd. Haulina my wife all & singular other me messuages lands tenemts. & hereditmts. wtsover & wheresoever wthin the Kingdom of England until John Dawson my son shall attain to his age of one & twenty years as a further express of my Love to her to hold to her & her Asss. from and imediately after my death for her better maintenance & education of my sd. Son John for such part of the term wch. shalbe between the day of my death & my sd. Son John his attaining to the sd. age of one & twenty years as the sd. John my son shall live And I do give & bequeath all & singular the premises to the sd. John Dawson my son if he shall live & attain to his age of one & twenty years to have & to hold so many & all such of the premises as are settled upon my sd. wife for & as her jointure from & imediately after the death of my sd. wife & the sd. John his attaining to the age of one & twenty years wch. shall last happen And the same to injoy thenceforth to him & his heirs for ever And to have & to hold so many & all such of other the premises to the sd. John my Son & his heirs from & imediately after his attaining to his age of one & twenty years But if the sd. John my Son shall depart this life before attaining to his age of one & twenty years In such case I give all & singular the premises to the sd. Hawlina my wife & her Asss. for & during the term of her nral. life wthout. Impeachmt. of or for any manner of wast And from & after her death if my sd. Son shall not live & attain to his age of one & twenty years All & singular the premises to John Dawson & Thomas Dawson my brothers & their heirs under condition nevrtheless & so as neither he the sd. John Dawson nor he the sd. Thomas Dawson my brothers their heirs nor any other pson. or psons. pretending right or title to my pt. of the premises by from or under them or either of them shall or doe claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any pt of them during the nral. life of my sd. wife & of my sd. Son or either of them so as to give any molestacon or in any wise prejudice my sd. wife & son or either of them in their or either of their quiet & peaceable possession of the premises or any pt of them it being my mind & will & I declare it so to be tht. if my sd. brother John Dawson & Thomas Dawson or either of them their or either of their heirs or any other person by from or under them or either of them shall or do in any wise disturbe or hinder my sd. wife & Son or either of them during their or either of their nral. lives from the quiet & peaceable injoymt. of any pt. of the premises or from receiving the rents Issues & profits of all & evry part of them. In such case from & after such claim & demand I give & bequeath all & singular the premises to the sd. Hawlina my wife & John my son & their heirs for ever wthout. any mann. of condition & thing in this my will relating to the sd. john & Thomas my brothers in any wise not wth standing And I do make constitute & ordain Hamond Claxton of Aylsham aforesd. Esqr. my father in law & the sd. Thomas Dawson my brother Exrs. of this my last will & do give and bequeath to them all my money bills bonds & persona; Estate wtsoever for the paying all my just debts & funeral charges be satisfied & what shall remain either of goods or money in their hands ten pounds thereof to be equally divided between my sd. Exrs. in satisfaction for their trouble & pains
And the residue or Overplus thereof to be pd. or delivered to the sd. Hawlina my wife to be & remain to & for her sole use & benefit
In witness tht. this my last will contained in one sheet of paper I have hereto sett & putt my hand & seal the day & year first abovewritten.
