ffirst and principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Charge and discretion of my Executor and Executrix hereinafter mentioned And as Concerning my Worldly and Temporal Estate and Effects I give and dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say)
ffirst I give and bequeath unto Benjamin Salmon my Son the Sum of fforty Pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid him within Twlelve (sic) months next after my decease and the decease of my wife
Also I give and bequeath unto John Salmon my Son the Sum of ffive Pounds of like lawfull Money to be paid him in Twelve Months after my decease and the decease of my wife
Also I give and bequeath unto Ann the Wife of Robert Norton the Sum of ffifteen Pounds of like lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid her within Twelve Months next after my decease and the decease of my Wife
Alsoive and bequeath unto Margaret Digby my Daughter the like sum of ffifteen Pounds to be paid her in Twelve Months next after my decease and the decease of my Wife
Alsoive and bequeath unto Margaret Stokes my Grand Daughter the Sum of Thirty Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid her within Twelve Months next after my decease and the decease of my Wife And my Will and Mind is that all and singular the said forementioned Legacies Gifts and Bequests be paid out of my Personal Estate Cash and Effects by my Son in Law William Olley or Mary his Wife or the Survivor of them within Twelve months next after my decease and the decease of my Wife as aforesaid without fraud or further delay And I do give and bequeath unto the said William Olley my Son in Law and Mary his Wife all and singular my Goods Chattels and Effects all my ready Money Bills Bonds and Securities whatsoever will all other my Personal Estate whatsoever willing and requiring them to Maintain Support and keep Ann my Wife (if She shall outlive me) in a decent manner during the Term of her Natural Life and at her decease to see that She be decently buried
And Lastlyo name and appoint the said William Olley>/b> and Mary his Wife to be the only Executor and Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me made or ordained Willing and requiring my said Executor and Executrix to pay all my lawful Debts ffuneral Expences and Charges attending the Probate of this my Will
In Witnessreof I have hereunto set my Hand and affixed my Seal this Ninth Day of August in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy five.
