And I do hereby give and bequeath unto John Youngman my Eldest Son the Sum of twenty Pounds to be paid within six Calendar Months next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto Elizabeh Holliday of Wells aforesaid Spinster the Sum of twenty Pounds to be paid within six Calendar Months next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my son Richard Youngman the Sum of Seventy Pounds to be paid at his age of twenty one years
And I do hereby direct that lawfull Interest for the said Sum shall be paid him for and towards his Maintenance and Education untill he shall attain his said Age of twenty one Years
And I do hereby also give bequeath and direct that the Sum of five Pounds shall be yearly and every year during the Minority of the said Richard Youngman be Paid to him out of my Personal Estate for and towards his Maintenance and support as aforesaid untill he attains his said age of twenty one years
And my express Will and Mind is and I do hereby empower my Executors herein after named or either of them their or either of their Executors and Administrators to take and make use of at his or their discretion any part of the said Sum of seventy Pounds for the purpose of binding out the said Richard Youngman to any trade or calling that he may think proper to chuse when he his at years of discretion (sic)
And my intent and meaning is that Interest for such part of the said Sum of Seventy Pounds as shall be taken out for the purpose of binding out the said Richard Youngman as aforesaid shall from thenceforth cease and be void
And I do hereby appoint William Bircham of Wighton aforesaid Gentleman and Peter Isack of the same Place ffarmer Executors of this my Will
And I do give them the Sum of ffive pounds apiece for the care and trouble that they may have in the Execution of this my Will
And all the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever the same may be and consist of at the time of my decease I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Mary her Executors and Administrators she paying thereout all my just Debts ffuneral Charges and all other Charges incident to the Due Execution of this my Will
And I do hereby revoke all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last
In Witness whereof I the said Richard Youngman the testator have to the first Sheet hereof set my hand and to the second and last Sheet my hand and seal the thirteenth Day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five.

This Will was proved at Wells on the 10th Day of Janry. 1791 before
the Revd. James Robinson Clerk Surrogate duly appointed of the
Worshipful George Sandby D. D. Official Principal of the Episcopal
Consistorial Court of Norwich lawfully constituted & was approved &c
and Administration of all & singular the Goods &c of the within
named Richard Youngman the Testator deceased was then duly
granted to William Bircham and Peter Isack the Executors within
named they being duly sworn &c saving the right &c.
