I give Will and devise unto my beloved Daughter Susanna Francis –– Dawson and to her Heirs and Assigns for ever All and every My Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments what soever or wheresoever with their and every of their Rights Members and appurtenances
Also I give and bequeath unto the said Susanna Francis my Daughter and to her Executors Administrators and assigns for ever All and every my Household Goods and Implements of Household Plate Linen Brass Pewter and Bedding and all and every my wearing Cloathes and Wearing Linen And All and every my Shipping and parts of Ships Ready Monies Bonds Mortgages Notes and other Securities for Monies due and owing to me and all and every other Sum and Sums of money due and owing to me from any Person or Persons whomsoever on any Account whatsoever at the Time of my Decease and all other my personal Estate whatsoever in whatsoever the same doth now consist or is invested or shall or may consist or be invested at the Time of my Decease and wheresoever the same shall or may then happen to be She my said Daughter paying out of my said Personal Estate all my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the Charges of the Probate of this my will
And lastly I do make nominate and appoint the said Susanna Francis my Daughter Sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament
And I do revoke all former and other Wills and Testaments and Writings Testamentary by me at any Time made and I Do declare this to be my last will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Dawson have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this sixteenth Day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy nine.
