ffirst and before all earthly I bequeath my soule to Allmightie god my maker and redemer by whose death & passion I hope to be saved And my bodye to be buryed where it shall please god to apointe it, and so forth.
Itm first I give unto Edmund Dawson my sonne my house and Land in Stifkey aforesayd to him and to his heyres of hys body Lawfully begotten after the decease of Jone Dawson my wyfe And the sayed Edmund shall happen to dye before he come to the age of xxtie yeres & that then I give sayd house and lands unto John Dawson my sonne to him and to his heyers of his body Lawfully begotten And for Lacke of such heyers to remayne to my daughters & their heyers for ever
And/b I will that the sayd Edmund shall paye or cause to be payd unto John Dawson his brother twenty shillings of good and Lawfull money of England at such tyme as the sayd Edmund shall enter into my Sayd house and and And if it shall happen that the sayd John Dawson my sonne shall come to my Sayd house and Lands That then I will that he the sayd John shall pay or cause to be payd unto my daughter Jone Dawson xx6 of good and Lawfull mony of England
