Item I give unto Ade Warner my daughter one cupborde which I bought of Dixson & one red chyste ....or hutch with one brasse pott which were somtyme my mothers
Item I doe give & bequeath to hir so mutch & sutch quantyties of my howse & teymente on Thornham afforsayde as John B...i....ge? half nowe in his forme use & occupation together with the use my well there at the pleasure of hyr and hir assns & sutch further quantity of my tenyement there as it lyethe there from the Tenymente of one Thomas Richardson of the easte unto twoe foote space of my hodd house towarde the weste and toward the southe soe farre as it is nowe unplowed to have & to holde all the sayde bequeathed ......... to hir & hir heyers.
Item I doe give unto my sayde daughter and hir heyers twoe acres of free lande lyinge in the feylds of Thornham afforsayde which I did purchase of one George Bynley
The residew? of my goods & chatels what so ever lying at Thornham afforsayde I will that Agnes my wyfe shall have the use & occupation there of durying hir lyfe and after hir decease I will that the same shalle equally divided betwene John my sonne & Ade my daughter
And I doe make Agnes my wyfe the only Excutrix of this my laste will & Testamente
And I have requested William Reade of Thornham gentleman to be a supervisor and overseer of the same to whom I give my ringe with a seale and reddstone
