FIRST I give and devise unto my niece Sarah Youngman All those two messuages or tenements adjoining each other situate in Letheringsett aforesaid and now in the occupations of myself and Sarah Girling Widow together with the backhouses coalhouse lower garden and privy with the right of drawing water from the Well situate in the Yard herein the devised TO HOLD the same premises unto my said niece her heirs and assigns forever ALSO I give and bequeath unto the said Sarah Youngman All the money which I may be entitled to at the time of my decease out of the Club or Friendly Society of which I am a member AND ALSO all my household furniture plate linen and china (except my clock bureau and bookcase) for her own use and benefit ALSO I give and devise unto my nephew Thomas Youngman Ward All that chaisehouse (coach-house?) (abutting against the east Gable of the messuage in the occupation of the Widow Girling) which I am about converting into a Cottage with the Upper Garden timber Yard Stable Strawhouse workshops and all other buildings in the said Yard situate in the Letheringsett aforesaid and in my occupation TO HOLD the same unto my said Nephew his heirs and assigns for ever AND my will is that the deeds and writings relating to the premises hereinbefore devised to my said Nephew and Niece shall be delivered to my said Nephew who shall enter into a deed of covenant to produce the same to my said niece her heirs and assigns and shall furnish my said niece with an abstract of such title deeds and writings to be prepared at their joint expense ALSO I give and bequeath unto my said Nephew All my timber and Stock in trade clock bureau bookcase books and my tools and implements used in my trade AND my mind and Will is and I do hereby direct my Executors as hereinafter named as soon as conveniently can be after my decease to call in and compel payment of all such parts of my personal Estate as shall consist of money and upon Security or otherwise And also to collect and get in all book and other debts which shall be owing to me at the time of my decease in such manner as they shall think fit and to convert the money all such parts of my personal estate not hereinbefore bequeathed as shall not consist of money AND the monies to arise and be gotten in as before and together with all the rest and residue of my monies and personal estate I give and bequeath unto my said Executors and the survivor of them and the executors or administrators of the survivor UPON trust in the first place to pay and satisfy all such money as shall be due on Mortgage of my said Estate just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and of the payment and satisfaction thereof UPON trust to pay the residue of the said trust monies unto my nephew the said Thomas Youngman Ward for his own use and benefit AND I nominate constitute and appoint the said Sarah Youngman Executrix and Robert Smith of Thurgarton in the said County Farmer Executor of this my will
AND my will is that my said Executors shall not be answerable for each others acts receipts or defaults but each of them for her and his own acts deeds receipts and defaults only AND that they may from time to time retain in their hands and reimburse themselves out of the said trusts hereby in them reposed IN WITNESS whereof I the said Thomas Youngman have to the first sheet of this my Will set my hand and to this second and last sheet my hand and seal the day and year first above written.

This Will was proved at Holt on the thirteenth day of December 1834 before the Reverend Benjamin Pulleyne Clerk Surrogate duly appointed of the Worshipful William Yonge Clerk A.M. Official Principal of the Episcopal Consistorial Court of Norwich lawfully constituted and was approved etc. and admin. of all and singular the goods etc. of the within named Thomas Youngman the testator deceased was then duly granted to Sarah Youngman his niece and Robert Smith the Executor within named they being duly sworn etc. saving etc.
