I William Dawson of Gorlestone in the County of Suffolk Mariner being of Sound and disposeing mind and Memory (Blessed be God for the Same) but considering with myself the Shortness and Uncertainty of this Mortal Life Do therefore make Publish and Declare this to be my last Will and Testament for Disposal of all such Worldly Estate and Effects as it hath pleased God of his Infinite Goodness to bestow upon us
First my Mind and Will is that my Executors hereinafternamed their Executors or Administrators or either of them do and shall Assoon as Conveniently may be next after my Decease make Sale of and Convert into ready Money All and every my Householdstuff and Implements of Household Plate Linnen Rings Goods Chattels Wearing Apparel Shipping and parts of Ships And to get in Assoon as possible All Moneys due and owing to me All which shall (after paying thereout my just Debts my funeral Expenses and the Charges of the probate and Execution of this my Will) be paid to Rebecca Charity of Gorlestone aforesaid Spinster
And also I do Nominate Constitute and Appoint Isaac Spilman of Great Yarmouth in the County of Norfolk Merchant and Thomas Harmer of the Same Town Gentleman Executors of this my last Will and Testament And Lastly I do hereby revoke Countermand and make Void all former and other Wills by me at any Time heretofore made Published or Declared
In Witness whereof unto this my Last Will and Testament I the said William Dawson the Testator have Set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first abovewritten
