Item I geve & bequeathe to Faith Dawson my youngest Daughter Twenty shillings of Lawfull English monie to be payed to her by Willim Dawson my sonne wth in one yeare after the decease of Agnes my wief
Item I geve & Bequeathe to Peter Dawson my Sonne Twenty Shillings of Lawfull English monie to be payed by Wm Dawson my Sonne wthin twoe yeres next after the decease of Agnes my wief
And if that shall please god that the said Faith Dawson or Peter Dawson or either of them shall depte this world before Agnes my wief then I will & my mind is theire shalbe thechers heres
And I geve & bequeath to Joane Dawson my daughter ffowerty shillings of Lawfull English monie to be payed to her by John Dawson my sonne wth in one yere next after the decease of Agnes my wief
And I geve & bequeathe to Alice Dawson my daughter thre poundes of Lawfull Inglish monie to be payed to her by John Dawson my sonne at thre? sevrall tymes that is to saye wth in a yere after the decease of Agnes my wief xxd of Lawfull English monie And ... yere or yerely twenty shillings untill the sume of thre pounds be fullie contended & payed
And I will & my mind is that thif shall please god that Joane Dawson or Alice Dawson or either of them shall depte this Lyef before Agnes my wief then I will and my mind is there shalbe thechers heyer
And further I will that if tht shall please god that Willim Dawson my sonne shall depte this world before Agnes my wief then I will & my mind is that Peter Dawson my sonne & his heires shall have that acre & half a roode of Land, weth the messuage ther uppon builded theleinge, & payenge unto Faithe Dawson his Sister, fowerty Shillings of Lawfull English monie wth in one yere after the Decease of Agnes my wief
Item I will & my mind is that if it shall please god that John Dawson shall depte this world before Agnes my wief Then I will that Willm Dawson shall have such - and as he should have had yeldinge & payenge such Sommes of monie at such tyme & Tymes as he the said John Dawson my sonne to such pson or psons as he should have done
And if it shall please god that Willm Dawson & John Dawson, shall depte this world before Agnes my wief then I will that these Lands before bequeathed shalbe & remayne to Peter Dawson, my sonne & his heires for erd, yeldinge & payenge unto Joane Dawson Alice Dawson and Faith Dawson such some or somes of money at such tymes or Tymes wch my sonne John should have done
All the residue of my goods I geve & bequeathe to Agnes my wief to se my Children brought up in the feare of god
Item I ordayne, constitute & make Agnes my wief my soll Executrix to se my will Executed, & pfourmed, accordinge to the true meaninge hereto
