The Will of Willliam Fox
of Little Snoring, Norfolk - 1759

IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN the Eight Day of October 1759 I William ffox of Little Snoring in the County of Norfolk Carpender being very Sick and weak in Body but of Perfect Mind and memory thanks be Given unto God therefore I calling unto Mind the Mortality of my Body and knowing that it is Appointed for all Men once to Die do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to Say ........... ......

FIRST of all I Give and Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my Body I Commend to Earth to be Buried in decent Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Executor nothing Doubting but at general Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the Mighty Power of God and as touching Such Worldly Estate wherewith it hath Pleased God to Bless me with in this Life I Give Devise and Dispose of the same in the following manner and form

IMPRIMIS I give and Bequeath to Elizabeth my Dearly beloved Wife my Estate and all that I possess makeing her my Sole Executor and after her Decease to go to my ffamley if she Do not waist it

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year above written
