| At Ct. 17th Octr. 1739 | Thos. Hawkins was admd. as only Son & Heir of Robert Hawkins To all that Tenemt. late Mondays with the yard & Garden thereto adjoining & belong. late in the Occr. of Nichs. Howes with the Apps. late Sam Howes (amt. other Heredts.) To Hold to sd. Thos. & his Hs. &c. |

| At Ct. 6th Novr. 1764 | Thos. Hawkins was admd. by the Will of the afsd. Thos. his Father To the sd. Prems. To hold to sd. Thos. the Son & his Hs. &c. |
| At Ct. 19th Novr. 1765 | It was presd. that on the 9th Novr. 1764 sd. Thos. Hawkins the son surrd. All & evry. his Messes. &c. held of sd. manor To the use of Wm. Camell Gent. & his Hs. on Condn. to be void on Paymt. of £150 & Int. |

Hawkins & Elizh. his Wife (She being examd. &c) surrd. All & evry. their Messes. &c. held of sd. Manr. To the use of Chas. Lay Senr. Gent & his Hrs. on Condn. to be void on Paymt. of £210 & Int. |
