First I give and devise all and every my Messuages Lands and Tenements as well Copyhold and Leasehold as Freehold situate lying and being in Erpingham aforesaid and Ingworth in the said County unto Robert Bacon of Scoruston in the said County ffarmer Edward Pull of Bradfield in the said County Farmer and Robert Copeman the younger of Aylsham in the said County Gentleman and their Heirs Upon Trust that they or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs and Executors or administrators of such survivor do and shall during the Minority of my God Daughter Ann Storey Pull (the Daughter of the said Edmund Pull) receive the rents and profits of the said premises and after payment of the Expences attending their Admissions to his Copyhold parts thereof and the annual outgoings and charges for repairs of the Buildings and all other Charges incident to the Trust hereby in them reposed do and shall from time to time place out the residue of such rents and profits whenever a competent sum shall be in their Hands upon such real Security as they shall approve of And when and as soon as the said Ann Storey Pull shall attain the age of Twenty one Years Then upon Trust that they the said Robert Bacon Edmund Pull and Robert Copeman or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs and Executors of Administrators of such Survivor do and shall at her Request and Charge convey Surrender and Assure the said premises unto and to the use of her and her Heirs
And do and shall call in the Money which shall then have been placed out as aforesaid and pay the same together with such Rents and Profits of the said premises as shall be then in their Hands unto her the said Ann Storey Pull
And in case the said Ann Storey Pull shall depart this life under the age of Twenty one Years Then upon Trust that they the said Robert Bacon, Edmund Pull, and Robert Copeman or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs and Executors or Administrators of such Survivor do and shall during the Minority of John Pull the Son of the said Edmund Pull receive and dispose of the rents and profits of the said premises in manner aforesaid
And do and shall on the said John Pull attaining the said Age of Twenty one Years at his Request and Charges convey surrender and assure the same premises unto and to the use of him and his heirs
And also call in the Money which shall then have been placed out as aforesaid and pay the same together with such Rents and Profits as shall be then undisposed of to him the said John Pull
And in case he the said John Pull shall also depart this life under the Age of Twenty one Years Then upon Trust that they the said Robert Bacon, Edmund Pull, and Robert Copeman or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs and Executors or Administrators of such Survivor do and shall during the Minority of Mary Ann Bacon the Daughter of him the said Robert Bacon receive and dispose of the Rents and profits of the said premises in manner aforesaid
And do and shall on the said Mary Ann Bacons attaining the Age of Twenty one Years at her Request and Charges convey Surrender and Assure the same premises unto and to the Use of her and her Heirs
And also call in the Money which shall then have been placed out as aforesaid and lay the same together with such Rents and profits as shall be then undisposed of unto her the said Mary Ann Bacon
And in case she shall also die under the Age of Twenty one Years Then upon Trust that they the said Robert Bacon, Edmund Pull, and Robert Copeman or the Survivors or Survivor of them of the Heirs and Executors or Administrators of such Survivor do and shall at the Request and Charges of Mary the Wife of the said Robert Baocn convey Surrender and Assure the said Premises unto and to the Use of her and her Heirs and also do and shall call in the Money which shall have been placed out All which and also such as shall remain undisposed of as aforesaid shall be paid unto or retained by him the said Edmund Pull
And I give and bequeath unto the said Ann Storey Pull the sum of ffive hundred pounds to be paid to her if and when she shall attain the age of Twenty one Years
And I order and direct that the said Sum shall during her Minority be placed or continued out at Interest by my Executors or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor upon such real Security as they shall approve of
And that the Interest thereof shall also from time to time be placed out in like manner whenever a competent sum shall be in their hands either alone or together with the net Rents of my Real Estate and shall be paid to her the said Ann Storey Pull on her attaining the said Age of Twenty one Years
And in case the said Ann Storey Pull shall happen to die under the Age of Twenty one Years Then I give the said Sum of Five Hundred Pounds and all the Interest thereof which shall have been then accumulated unto and equally to be divided between the said Robert Bacon and Edmund Pull And I order and direct that my Executors or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivor shall continue or as soon as conveniently can be after my decease place out at Interest upon such real Security as they shall approve of the Sum of Three Hundred Pounds and shall continue the same out on such Security during the natural life of my sister Mary the wife of Michael Ramsdale of the City of London
And the Interest to become due thereon I direct to be paid into the proper Hands of her my said Sister for her sole and separate Use and benefit and to be by her disposed of as she shall think proper exclusive of any power Control or Intermeddling of her present or any future Husband And that the same or any part thereof shall not be subject or liable to his Acts Debts or engagements
And my Will is that the receipt of the said Mary my Sister under her own hand only shall from time to time notwithstanding her coverture be a good and sufficient discharge for so much of the Interest of the said Sum of Three Hundred Pounds as shall be therein acknowledged to be received Provided nevertheless that in case the said Mary my Sister shall at any time either with or without her Husband by any way or means whatever assign charge or subject or attempt to assign charge or subject the Interest of the said sum of three hundred pounds or any part thereof to any person whomsoever for any purpose or on any account whatsoever Then and from thenceforth such Interest shall during the life of the said Mary my Sister be retained by my said Executors for their own Use
And from and immediately after the decease of the said Mary my Sister I give and bequeath the said Sum of Three Hundred Pounds unto and equally to be divided between all her Children
And in case any Child or Children of the said Mary my Sister shall depart this life before me or before the said Sum of Three hundred Pounds shall become payable and shall leave any Issue of his her or their Body or Bodies lawfully Issuing Then I give the Share of each Child so dying unto and equally to be divided between his or her Children if more than one and if but one Then to such his or her only Child
But in Case any Child or Children of her the said Mary my Sister shall depart this life before me or before the said Sum of Three Hundred Pounds shall become payable without leaving any Issue of his her or their Body or Bodies lawfully Issuing or leaving any and such Issue shall die under the Age of Twenty one Years and without Issue Then I give the Share of each Child so dying without Issue unto and equally to be divided between the Surviving Child or Children of the said Mary my Sister and the Issue of such of them as may be then dead But so as the Issue of no one of such Children shall receive more than his or her ffather or Mother would have been entitled to if living
And I give and bequeath unto my nephew Robert Grout of Cawston in the said County Farmer the Sum of Two hundred and ffifty Pounds
And to Thomas Wild of Erpingham aforesaid Farmer the Sum of One Hundred pounds
And to John Adey of Aylsham aforesaid Gentleman the Sum of ffifty pounds And to William Storey the son of my late Brother John Storey the like Sum of ffifty Pounds
And to Elizabeth Storey and Rose Storey the Daughters of Mary Storey of Erpingham aforesaid the Sum of Twenty five Pounds each
And to the Children of Edward Hooker late of Coleby in the said County and Frances his wife (both deceased) the like Sum of Twenty five Pounds each
And to the Children of my late Brother Thomas Storey the Sum of Ten Pounds each
All which legacies I direct to be paid within six Calendar Months next after my decease
And I make Constitute and appoint the said Robert Bacon Edmund Pull and Robert Copeman Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I give to the said Robert Copeman the Sum of ffifty Pounds for his trouble as Executor
And in Case I shall happen to die before the Barn which I am now building shall be finished I direct that the same shall be completed by my Executors in a proper and substantial manner and the Charges thereof paid out of my Personal Estate
And all the Residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate (after and subject to the payment of my ffuneral Expences just Debts the Charge of the Probate of this my Will and the aforesaid Legacies) I give and bequeath unto and equally to be divided between the aforesaid Robert Bacon and Edmund Pull
And my Will and mind is that my said Executors their Executors or Administrators shall not be accountable for any loss which may by misfortune and not wilfully happen in placing out at Interest the aforesaid Monies or any part thereof nor shall the one of them be answerable for the Act Deed or Misfeazance of the other of them but each of them for his own Acts and Deeds only
And that they shall who may from time to time retain in their hands out of the said Monies or the Interest thereof all such reasonable Charges and Expences as they or any of them shall sustain or be put unto in or about the Management of the Trusts hereby in them reposed concerning the same
And I appoint the South Porch of the Parish Church of Erpingham aforesaid to be the place of payment of the said Legacies
And Lastly I revoke all former Wills and Testaments by me made
In Witness whereof I the said William Storey the Testator have to the first three Sheets of this my last Will and Testament contained in four Sheets of paper set my hand and to this fourth and last Sheet thereof set my hand and Seal this Seventh Day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand and Eight hundred.

This Will was proved at Norwich on the 13th day of December 1800 before the Worshipful George Sandby D.D. Official Principal &c and was approved &c and Administration of all & singular the Goods & of the within named Wm. Storey the testator decd. was then duly granted to Robert Bacon and Edmund Pull two of the Executors within named They being duly Sworn &c (power being reserved for committing them the Adcon. to Robert Copeman the other Executor within named when he shall the same) saving &c.
