I GIVE and recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in decent Christian burial at the discretion of my executrix AND as touching my worldly estate which it hath pleased to bless me with in this life I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form
FIRST I give devise and bequeath unto Sarah my beloved Wife whom I constitute and appoint make and ordain the sole executor of this my last Will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills made by me all lands messuages and tenements lying m........ Sheringham and Gresham or elsewhere belonging to me likewise all my household goods chattels living stock crops and otherwise belonging to me also all arrears of debts due to me
I FREELY give unto my lawful Wife so long as it may please to spare her life and she keep single or remain a Widow but if she get married again or live with any other man as housekeeper or in any other way contrary to what is here before mentioned I give the whole of my property below mentioned whether real or personal to my beloved Sister Martha Wright and to her heirs and assigns for ever she to have immediate possession of the same as soon as marriage may be contracted between my or my and (sic) and any man or ...... as she may live as housekeeper or otherwise with any man as beforestated but if my Wife live a Widow as before mentioned she is to remain in the peaceable possession of all the ..... bequeathed by me unto her deceasing her natural life without claim or interruption from any one AND if is please God that my Sister Martha Wright should outlive my beloved wife she shall immediately at the death of my wife have all that remain of my real and personal property goods chattels or otherwise to be hers her heirs and assigns forever
I HEREBY declare and confirm this to be my last Will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills made by me
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six.

This Will was proved at Norwich on the twelfth day of August 1837 before the Reverend Richard Bensley ........ Kidd, Clerk Surrogate in this behalf of the Worshipful William Yonge, Clerk A. M. Official Principal of the Episcopal Consistorial Court of Norwich lawfully con....... and was appro........ and ......... of all and singular the goods &c of the testator deceased was then duly ......... to Sarah Youngman Widow his relict the sole executrix within named she being duly sworn &c saving &c
