The Will of Winifred FULLER
of Gresham, Norfolk - 1686

In the Name of god Amen the first of December one thousand six Hundred Eightie & six According to ye Computation of the Church of England I Winnethreed fuller of Gresham in the Countie of Norfolke Widdow being of perfect memory & remembrance praised be god doe make & ordaine this my Last Will & Testament in maner & forme following vis -

FIRST I bequeath my Soule into ye hands of almightie god my maker hoping that through ye meritorious death & passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour & redemer to Reseive free pardon & forgiveness of all my sinnes & as for my bodie to be buried in Christian buriall at ye discretion of my Executrix heare after nominated

ITEM I give unto Robart my sonn ye somme of five shillings AND one three Rood of Land & one halfe acer of Land ye three Rood ly in ye south field ye south side abbutteth upon ye Land of Sr. Augustaine palgravve ye wast end abutt upon ye Kings High waie & ye north side abutt upon ye lands of Robart Elis & ye est end upon my owne Land & & ye halfe Acer of Land lyeth in ye north field ye wast end abutteth upon the Land of ye Lord Paston & ye north side & ye est end & ye south side all abuteth upon ye Land of Robart Elis this Land I give to my sonn Robart upon Condition that he shall pay unto my daughter Ann the somme of tenn pounds of Good & lawfull Money of England With in three years after my deceass to be paid at three paise yt is to say with in one yeare after my deceas you shall pay or Cause to be paid Three pounds six shillings & eight pense & with in ye second yeare after my deceas you shall pay or Cause to be paid ye somm of three pounds six shillings eight pense & with in ye third year after my deceas you shall pay her three pounds six shillings And eight pense but if this my sonn Robart doe not pay this Tenn pounds as it is heare nomminted then this my daughter Ann shall enter upon this five Roode of land & use it untill shee have paid her self & then to returne to Robart my sonn & his heirs for ever

ITEM I give unto Rebeca my daughter ye somme of five shillings

ITEM all the Rest of my goods & Chattels with out dores & with in dores whatsoever I give unto Ann my daughter upon Condittion yt shee shall paie all my debts & Legacies I make her sole Executrix of this my last Will & testament Revokeing all other Wills & testaments
